For your convenience, wrestling registration will be held during
Cumberland Valley's Midget Football practice...

We will also be holding registration at

Silver Spring Township Building
Saturday, October 20, 2007
9:00AM to 12:00 Noon

Registration Fees: $45.00 first wrestler
$30.00 each additional wrestler in family
$10.00 deposit for singlet
(deposit refunded upon
return at end of season)

All students residing in the Cumberland Valley School District
are eligible to participate in CVYWA Wrestling.

Please bring a copy of your wrestler's Birth Certificate to registration
